Pete will share what he has learned over the past 25 years working with women over 60, including what works, what to avoid, and how to exercise in a way that supports strength, mobility, and long-term health.
A Light Guided Workout
Pete will take you through a light workout that includes the 3 exercises everyone over 60 should be doing, along with stretching and a cool-down.
Q&A and Personal Recommendations
You’ll have time to ask questions and get practical recommendations based on your needs, goals, and current fitness level.
Full InBody Body Scan (Optional)
Get a full body composition scan (Skeletal Muscle Mass and Body Fat Percentage) using our InBody machine so you can better understand your body and have a more accurate starting point than the scale alone.
A Personalized Workout Plan to Take Home
You’ll leave with a workout plan tailored to you that you can do at home or the gym, including any adjustments needed for your body and current ability level.
One One-on-One Follow-Up Session with Pete
After the workshop, you’ll receive one personal follow-up session with Pete to check in, make adjustments, and help keep you moving in the right direction.
